Vizard United

"We have been thrown from the Soul Society, abandoned! But now, our chance has come! Let us group together, and create our own, better, Soul Society!" This pretty much is all Vizards grouped together. Anyone can join, under the condition that you either want to train and try and become a Vizard, or you already are a Vizard.

Alright, count me/him in! I hope Viz, Sen, and Kuroda (It's been a while since he did anything...) join. This is gonna be fun. You're damn straight.

For now, I've considered my own setup of ranks and such, so any ideas will be helpful. This is what I have so far:
Fuhrer King: Strongest Vizard and/or Inner Hollow. This person is hidden amongst Vengeance of Vizard(I decided to rename my organization like this, it sounds cooler), and has been trained to suppress his power until a major crisis during which he/she is in charge. Doesn't have to be in any specific squad, but needs to be a Vizard or have an inner hollow.
General #1 : The strongest of 3 Vizard Generals, this title is kept secret, but a tattoo of the #1 is put anywhere on the body (in a hidden place.) This person is the second strongest, and as such also has been trained to suppress his/her power. This fighter is weaker than Fuhrer King, but holds authority in any incident. This title doesn't have any requirements other than the person must be powerful, and must be a good strategist to win his/her fights without pure strength.
General #2 : Pretty much all of the above, but weaker than the General #1, and has #2 tattooed on his/her body. No requirements other than keeping a good secret, and being strong as well as a good leader.
General #3 : All of the above, except the tattoo is #3, and this person is the weakest of the Generals, but still has a lot of power. NO specific requirements, except being strong and a good leader.

Instead of Captains I thought we should have Majors, Vizards that have overwhelmed their Hollow.
We also have Lieutenants, but we have a rank higher, called Lieutenant-Colonel (pronounced Ker-nel) and a rank higher still called Colonel (Pronounced KO-LO-NEL) the rank under Major. Also, the top 10 normal fighters in any Vizard squad are called Seat 10 through 2, whereas instead of Seat 1 there are Lieutenants.

I'm also thinking of there being 10 squads, so any ideas about squads will be useful.

1 is the prime number, 2 is the couple's number, 3 is the lucky number, 4 is the number of dispare, 6 is the devil's number, 7 is the holy number, 13 is the sacred number.
Why not do 7 or 4 squads? o.o

I am sorry Kuroda for making you look like a jerk, and I totally agree with you on the point of a higher rank. On a brighter note, if you still need the ranks and ranking system explained, I am free to explain in about 10 min. I think....

I promised to explain the rankings, and I'm explaining them!

First of all, every squad is ranked by power. So members of Squad 7 are obviously weaker than that of Squad 6 or higher. This applies only to the Officers, Marshals and Sergeants( I believe I spelled this wrong in multiple areas before). Officers are the normal soldiers of any squad. Marshals are like the seats, they hold authority over the Officers. Sergeants are 2nd seats, they hold authority over the Marshals and theirs only 1 in any squad. Lieutenants are 1st seats, there's only 1 in any squad and they hold authority over the Sergeants. Lieutenants are physically stronger than anyone before them. Lieutenant-Colonel is an in-between rank. This person is considered an officer who is next in line to becoming the Colonel, and who has more authority than the Lieutenant. His duties are to keep all the officers in line and to discipline them. (I want him to be called normally.) Colonel is an equal to Lieutenants from Gotei 13. Major is equal to Captains from Gotei 13. The three Generals are also ranked in power. They are Vizard with incredible inner hollows, or physical/mental prowess. As such they are hidden among the Squads. General #3 is incredibly strong. General #2 is strong and wise. General #1 is extremely powerful. He surpasses all the Generals. All Generals have authority over all the Squads, except the Squads of their fellow Generals. The Fuhrer King is the strongest Vizard, not physically, but because of his inner hollow. This person is trained to master his inner hollow, and is hidden among the Squads. He isn't a Major, but can be anyone else. He holds authority over all the Squads, but this authority can only be invoked during an extreme crisis, which will force this person to release their true power. A Fuhrer Kings power is specially sealed so enemies won't be able to figure out who is the Fuhrer king, and so the Fuhrer King won't use his power without need.
